Drama Queen much?

Kidding X-700!^_^ you gotta' admit guys, this is the biggest thing to happen to the forum since the games were taken away- and this is actually a good thing!^_^

So, why EXACTLY, can't you accept fan ideas?

There are good reasons for it.

1. How does Disney know you haven't copyrighted your ideas and won't sue them?

2. If they had to take EVERY idea a fan provided - they'd have literally THOUSANDS, if not MILLIONS, of ideas! They can't make that many episodes (and don't you DARE ask "why not".)

3. Disney pays people for their ideas. You don't want to put those people out of a job, do you?

Yeah, good points I guess.... Still wish we had a chance though. Eh well, guess I'll have to stick to acting and hope Lilo and Stitch will still be around by the time I know what I'm doing.

I'll try to answer all the questions I can. Pardon the long post.

"Can we ever hope for a season 3?"

Unlikely, but you can always hope! Season 2 will bring us up to a total of 65 episodes, which is the usual end-of-the-line for daytime animated television series (It's the number required to package the show for syndication). But there's always hope! Send those cards and letters to the Walt Disney Company asking for more!

"With the exception of Shoe, there are no new episodes in December. Will we be seeing some more in January?"

Yes! The next one after "Shoe" is "Slick."

"About the ones activated at the end of Stitch! the Movie, such as the bat, the octopus, and the fat... thing."

The experiments activated at the end of STM are

202 "Jam" a batlike experiment that jams radar. (his pod is mislabeled 455 in the movie release. Oops!).
529 "Digger" designed to drill holes through planets.
455 "Mary" Big and round. The bouncer for Jumba's lab. One hip check sends you flying.
489 "Huggo" (octopus-like) designed to squeeze the life out of you.
390 "Slimy" designed to leave a slippery snail-like trail to trip up enemies.

"Jumba and Pleakley. Are they suppossed to be best friends?"

Yes.

"Jumba and Lilo's relationship. Would you say they get along mostly or what?"

Yes, Jumba is very fond of Little Girl, and vice versa. They're ohana, after all.

"Does Jumba have a big part in any of the later episodes in season 2?"

Yes. Someone is a Jumba fan!

"There WILL be more new episodes right? Please say there will be! I love LILO AND STITCH!"

Yes. There are 23 more Season Two episodes still to come.

"About Lilo's intrest in zombies and mummies. I often find myself wondering if her intrest could be considered an obbsession."

Could be. But I think she just likes zombies and mummies.

"Will there be alot of new charecters in the 2nd season?"

Yes.

"Is Victoria going to stick around?"

Victoria's a recurring character. She won't be in every episode, but we'll see her again from time to time.

"Do you accept ideas for made up charecters for the series ,cuz I've got a good one!"

Sorry, but I can't look at character or episode ideas. Please don't post them in this thread.

"Do Nani and David have any future?"

You'll have to tune in to find out!

"How old is Lilo in the 2nd season?"

Lilo's about the same age she was in season 1. Maybe a little older, maybe a little wiser. But some of you have noticed that her voice sounds a little different this season. That's probably just because Daveigh Chase has gotten a little bit older. We think she still does a great job sounding like Lilo though, don't you?

"About Jumba calling her Little girl a lot. Does he not remember her name or what?"

Jumba calls Lilo "Little Girl" and Nani "Larger Girl" and Stitch "626" because he has such a scientific mind. He doesn't like to appear too emotionally involved with anyone. But you'll notice he does call Pleakley "Pleakley," because they're best friends!

"Does Keoni actually love Lilo? Will he ever?"

At this stage, I think Keoni's a little too old for Lilo. But he knows she has a crush on him. And who knows, later in life maybe that age difference won't be such a big deal.

"Is the Disney website going to be updated with the new experiments like 199, 611"

I don't know for certain, but I imagine that Disney Online will be updating the experiments soon.

"Have you ever read the Took-Baggins stories at fanfiction.net?"

No, I haven't. I don't read fanfic... but I'm a big LOTR fan!'

"Why exactly does Disney refuse to take episode ideas and/or scripts?"

Disney is a big brand, and therefore always a big target for lawsuits. They're super extra cautious about all things legal. Notice that you never, ever see a brand name mentioned in a Disney cartoon?

"Will Lilo and Stitch be in Kingdom Hearts II in any fashion at all?"

Good question... I'm afraid I don't know the answer.

I'll leave you with a bit of fun trivia about today's episode "Shoe." The name (aside from the obvious reference to the character's horseshoe-head design) was inspired by our fantastic Production Associate, Jennifer "Shoe" Hsyu.

1. How many experiments are already made, aired or not?
2. Also, are there names and/or pics for/of 110, 119, 204, 239, 274, 331(from Disney Adventure mag), 603, 611, 621, 628, and a supposed 629?
3. Will there be more experiment tracker things?
4. Also, about 621 and the 700's, do you have screenshots/pics or info with/about them? (doubt it, ^_^)
5.(?) Sorry, I just have a lot of questions regarding the experiments themselves, like, will 628 ever be seen again, or was it just a cheap 'villian's arm rises up at very end of movie' type-scenario?
6. Is there a third movie, "Lilo & Stitch 2"?
7. And Mary??? Is that one female?
8. And how were Fibber and Nosy rescued? Were they just thrown out or something, and Lilo and Stitch found them?
9. Finally, do you have a pic/scan/reason of/why 625 was blue-ish in the Disney Adventure mag?
Heheh, sorry, getting VERY carried away with myself... ^^;;

EDIT: Rewrote post, made it more clear and organized.

You can take my ideas, Honest... I mean I didn't copy right them. I made them perposly to send to Disney. But the truth is I'm trying to be important to the World. I want to work with you guys. I'm 14 right now. By the time I get in, you guys will probably be done with Lilo & Stitch and my ideas won't be worth anything. I sure hope you didn't make an Easter episode yet. I have some really interesting ideas. Please hear them out. The order of the numbered ideas should be the order those episodes air. It'll make sense since the experiments from ideas #7, 9, 10, & 11 appear in the episodes after. Please take them in order. It's no trick. I tried to make them Disney material, the best I could. Read on and you'll see. I promise you'll find some interesting. There are more Boochi boos and an amazing episode where to enemy experiments become friends and on top of that, the 2 of them are 2 of the first experiments to remember and mention things that happened "back at the lab"

First Idea #7-Voodoo. An experiment that looks like a blue female Phantasmo gets activated and is running around. Lilo is having trouble with Myrtle like always. Lilo was about to give up on the whole Voodoo thing since whenever they tried to do it, it didn't work. Voodoo spots slushy and talks to him {In perfect English} and gets a shaved ice. Voodoo licks him to thank him and flies off. Lilo has a bad dream where a blue ghost attacks myrtle. They eat breakfast at Mackie Macaws {sp?} and phantasmo is doing his performance. Lilo and Stitch hear something in the kitchen and go to see what it is and finds a blue ghost. Phantasmo looks over and stops his performance abruptly and pokes his head out of the bird to see the Blue ghost. "Ho-ha-hi," she says to him. Phantasmo's eyes widen and he pops back into the bird. The Blue ghost giggles. Stitch and lilo try to capture her but she flies away. They end up cornering her and she growls. Suddenly a voodoo doll of Lilo appears in her hand and she slams the doll into the wall. Lilo would've slammed into it herself but Stitch caught her. Jumba runs up. Jumba explains what she's designed to do. Lilo calls her Voodoo. Phantasmo comes over and growls at her but she licks him and he gulps and blushes. She purrs. Back at lilo's house voodoo explores it. Phantasmo calls her over and gives her flowers. She licks him again and takes them. Later when Lilo has trouble with Myrtle Voodoo cuts the Voodoo doll Myrtle's hair off. Then later she breaks Myrtle's arm then makes her deaf. Lilo was happy at first but when she she's Myrtle crying she feels awfull. She goes to find Voodoo. She finds Voodoo at Phantasmo's place and meanwhile breaking one of the doll's legs. Lilo pleads her to stop. Voodoo shrugs but raises a needle towards the doll's head as if she were going to impale it! Stitch, Lilo and Phantasmo plead her to stop. Stitch says something to her in alien lang. and she stops and her ears droop and she raises her hand. Lilo and Stitch and Phantasmo close their eyes in horror as she brings the needle down, {fortunatley not at the doll's head. As they soon find out when they open their eyes.} The needle was in the wall and not in the doll and the doll was no longer harmed. No broken arms, legs. No longer deaf and it had hair. Voodoo had disappeared. Lilo asks Stitch what he said. He tells her and he smirks. Later they find out she returned to Phantasmo and is licking him again.

Idea # 9-Zombia-an experiment designed to raise the dead gets activated. At Phantasmo's place voodoo is watching Phantasmo's performance. When she heard experiment 477 singing her eyes turned red in anger. She Loathed Zombia {477} She lunges at her and they begin fighting. Lilo and Stitch have to pry them apart. They try very hard to make 477 good but it was just too impossible. Soon Zombia has them cornered by Zombies and Pleakly is not cornered....yet. They order him to find the pod computer. Angel's good song was their only hope now. But Unfortunatly Pleakly plays the wrong one and when he trys to play the right one Zombia smashes the pod computer. She almost has them when......"Lilo?" "Mom?" Her parents come forward as Zombies though, They realize that they saw their daughter. They thank Zombia and embrace Lilo. This major show of affection is too much for Zombia and she crys. She doesn't want to attack them any more. But the other Zombies attack. Lilo's parents led them to safety while the zombies attacked the unconcious voodoo, who in a fight with Zombia got knocked out. She just came too when the Zombies bit her. Zombia's eyes widen. She calls the Zombie's back to their Graves. Zombia and Voodoo still loathed each other but they were gratefull too. Zombia ends up working at the cemetary.

Idea # 10-Diamond. Diamond was designed to turn into people's desires. Voodoo was sleeping over and Zombia wouldn't quit bothering her. It wasn't long before they were fighting again. Pleakly is trying to hold another E.A.R.W.A.X meeting for later. Lilo is trying to cheer up Stitch, who was still upset about losing angel. Voodoo finally gets to sleep when she's waken up by......624's singing?! Stitch runs to the door and sees her and gets excited. Voodoo is desperate for sleep but still not being able to grasp it. Gantu appears soon and grabs Angel but Angel CHANGED SHAPE! The desire experiment was sitting in his hand. When stitch realized that Diamond {the experiment} was impersonating his boochi boo just to get close to him he gets mad. He doesn't stop Gantu. Lilo calls on Voodoo for help. Voodoo uses a voodoo doll to send Gantu flying. Lilo goes into Jumba's room with the experiment. Jumba explains what she does and Diamond gets her name. {I'll explain what they look like later and what zombia's song is.} Diamond finds Voodoo still attempting to sleep but is startled when Diamond enters the room. She leaps up and pokes the voodoo doll's legs. Then you hear Zombia yelp and say "What did I do?!" Diamond asks Voodoo and Zombia what their desires are. Lilo calls Voodoo down to cheer the angry Stitch up. Voodoo successes. In Pleakly's E.A.R.W.A.X meeting Zombia confesses that She and Voodoo hate each other, which was obvious. Diamond stands up and confesses that she has a crush on Stitch. Stitch is surprised. Pleakly asks Voodoo about something she'd want to share with the group and she falls face first down asleep. They try to wake her up but Zombia tells them to let her sleep. Phantasmo stands up and says that he loves Voodoo and everyone claps. {By the way, Voodoo, Zombia and Diamond speak perfect english.}

These are okay but the Easter episode is the REALLY special episode that I need to tell you. What do you think so far. Do you think you might consider it.
.........Do you already have an easter episode made. I hope not.

X-700, I hate to break it to you, but they cannot legally take any ideas, as explained in the answer to my question. I would have thought though that if anyone would know if Lilo and Stitch were in KH:II, a producer of the show would. Oh well.
Anyway, I was wondering if the delay in newer episodes is related to the work David Ogden Steirs has to do as Cogsworth for KH:II? If that's not it, what's the reason for the delay till January?

Jess Winfield posting here? That's just awesome! Anyhoo, aloha, Mr. Winfield. Welcome to the L&S forum. I happen to be one of the older viewers of the series...someone that's in the 20s in age. :p I believe that this is my favorite Disney TV series that has a Disney full-length 2D annimated film (i.e. Aladdin, Lion King, etc.). Jumba is my favorite main character in the series. How can anyone not be an 'Evil Genius' fan? :p Anyway, I do think that the 65 episodes policy is lame...especially if any TV series does really well on ratings or has lots of interest. There are many past Disney TV series that end at 65 episodes that deserved a longer length. I realize that you cannot express your opinion on things like that here, but as a fan, I wanted to express my view.

I do have a few questions, sir. How did you get involved in the TV series (did the company ask you or what?)? Can you tell us your favorite episode that has aired so far, and why you selected that episode? Whom did you look up to as a kid or before you started your career in television (your idols)?

I think that's all for now. Mahalo!

not to flog a dead horse, but the all-music episode is a common feature of good television shows, unless there was some massive dispute that never made the news, and that is unlikely because at least two enteratainment companies would have had to be involved, I see no reason to to include one, I trust you at disney have suitable writers just to do such things, and if not, you are missing a real opportunity.
true, a few times the musical episode has killed the show, but only because the writers got so involved in songwriting, they neglected a plot for the show, no offense if you wrote those episodes. which I somewhat doubt.

Hey Jess!

Not sure if you remember me. I'm Brandon Williams, the one who sent you two letters regarding "Angel".

Glad to see that the series is moving along nicely. I must say that so far, I've been very impressed. The overall quality seems to have increased since Season 1 in animation, did Corporate increase the budget for season 2?

Not sure if you still have the link from the letters, but if you would like, there's a Lilo and Stitch fangroup online that you might check out, if you're interested:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Disneys_LiloAndStitch_Forum/

these days, new episodes pretty much are the major topic of discussion.

Go ahead and sign up if you'd like.

I also must apologize if my letters about Angel were harsh, since you say you put so much effort into that episode. I'm just one of those on the side of the fence that really, really doesn't think Stitch needs to have a mate right now, or ever, for that matter. But that's just how I and a few others feel. Not everyone.

Peace!

It is nice to have a producer of L&S in our presence.

I think I shall ask the big question, will the movie of Lilo & Stitch 2 come out in Feb. 2005?

Also for the Kingdom Heart question, I can answer that. I have checked the gamefaqs webstie and the disney characters in the second game are Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Jack Skelington, Ariel, Peter Pan, Tinkerbell, Alladin and the Genie, Simba, Beast, (From Beauty and the Beast) Dumbo, Mushu and Bambi.

L&S may be in the next Kingdom Hearts, but it is not really a Disney classic nor does it really have a huge sense of "fantasy".

No, no, those were the characters from the FIRST Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (which is NOT Kingdom Hearts II). The main characters of KH2 are, as of yet, unknown, aside from Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Mulan.
